A TS does not have a 0 second derivative! It has a negative value in its reaction coordinate and a positive in all others.

In an MEP, the momentum/velocity/kinetic energy is set to 0 at every step of the calculation.

TS for a forward reaction will always be the same as the reverse!

You write H+F+H system, but that implies F is the central atom which it isn't
