Very good discussion addressing all of the points required. Just a couple of minor points. First, take more care over the number of decimal places you quote - you should use 2 for bond lengths. Secondly in TlBr3 you have quoted the wrong bond length - 2.69 instead of 2.65.

A very interesting project and a good amount of work. However, there are clear misconceptions regarding the basis sets used and those reported, which is a misrepresentation of the results. No details regarding species geometries, ie bond lengths, symmetry. Good attempt at interpretting vibrational analysis, nbo and MOs, however several misconceptions are present and no real conclusion is made.
