A really good project overall. An excellent comparison of the use of a full electron basis set vs a full electron/pseudo-potential mix for metal containing complexes. Interpretation of your results is very good, some misconceptions are observed. Further analysis of the NBO results and especially the origin of back-bonding is lacking.
