The project looks rushed, i.e. unlabelled Figure refences. Added to this there is a clear lack of understanding of the basis sets/pseudo potentials used and these are also mis-labelled in the text. Further misconceptions on symmetry and vibrational analysis are observed. MO analysis of the metal complexes was expected. You have also quoted from primary sources without proper citation.
