• Select 'pools'. Under 'add pool', enter:
  • Description: My CX1 account
  • Host: login.cx1.hpc.ic.ac.uk
  • User: loginid
  • Script path: /apps/scan-scripts/bin
• And select add.
• Download the public key.
• Log in to login.cx1 and append the public key to the end of ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
