Maintenance of the CCDC Databases

  1. To switch debug logging on, cd /Applications/CCDC/CSD_System_2011, and then mercury.app/Contents/MacOS/mercury -logfile mercury.log -loglevel 5
  2. On Linux, cd /opt/chemistry/cambridge and then
    1. ./autoupdate --settings_file update_software.ini
    2. ./autoupdate --settings_file update_data.ini
