Restart Handle server
Log onto: ssh rzepa@spectradspace.lib.ic.ac.uk
sudo su -
cd /home/dspace18/deployment/bin/
. start-handle-server &
ps -ef | egrep handle
exit
Sometimes the service will not restart, should delete "lock" file
rm -f /home/dspace18/deployment/handle/txns/lock
try restart again
