Unfortunately your result is off by a little bit. You could have compared your values to literature to make sure your value is right.

Please include citations in your work. You shouldn't just list your references at the end of the report, but link each foreign fact exactly to a reference. At the moment I doubt the use of references to enzymatic TSs and you would need to convince me of the opposite by showing me which fact you took from their research.
