ChemDoodle

This is a 2D molecule building and editing application, very similar to the well known (and older) ChemDraw program. It can be used together with the Avogadro 3D building/editing program for molecular modelling.

Licensing

Everyone with an active Imperial College email account is entitled to license the program on the own computer. To do so, visit here and register using your ic.ac.uk email account. The download is available from here
