ChemDraw Professional 16 is now available.

We have recently purchased an update to the ChemDraw package, allowing us to now use ChemDraw Professional 15

You can access the Windows and Mac installers at the following address:

Windows users

Current Version: ChemDraw Professional 16

You can download the ChemDraw Professional 16 from http://sitelicense.cambridgesoft.com/sitelicense.cfm?sid=948

or https://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services/ict/shop/software/more-free-software-staff/

or https://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services/ict/shop/software/more-free-software-students/

After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with SERIAL NUMBER and the link to download the installation program:

cdpf16.0.msi

To start the installation double-click on the above file, the following window will open

Click on "Install Software" to start the installation.

If you have the following error message, close the window.

Restart the installation by double-clicking on the installation program: cdpf16.0.msi

Then select "Explore the Disk":

a window similar to the following will open (pointing to the temporary folder where the files have been extracted)

Go in the folder PerkinElmer\ChemOffice

and select PerkinElmer_ChemDraw_Professional_16.0 to start the installation, the following window will open

Click on "Next"

Click on "Next"

Click on "Install"

After clicking on "Finish", the installation is completed!

Please repeat procedure for PerkinElmer_ChemOffice_64-bit_Support_16.0

The first time you will start ChemDraw the following window will be opened:

Mac users

Test / Example

Once you start ChemDraw, the following window will open

Go in the "File" menu and select "Open" and go in the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemOffice2016\ChemDraw\Html

Select the file name benzene

Test completed!
