== Registering for a computer account ==


* To get an e-mail address and login you must be a member of Imperial College and therefore possess a CID number.  Short term guests and visitors must use a separate [http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/ict/services/security/securityservices/guestaccess guest access system]

* you must complete a  [http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/ict/registration/forms/registrationtermsandconditions c-form]

* the c-form must then be signed by the departmental administrator and forwarded to User Registration, ICT, Level 4, Mech Eng

* the local support people cannot do user registration, passing paperwork to them will only cause delay.
